- $4,100,000 Settlement before trial for wife and two daughters of 47 year old man who while walking on a city street was struck on the skull by a city owned light fixture which had fallen from a street pole. He died three weeks later.
- $1,850,000 Settlement from construction site accident of laborers injured when tractor contacts with electrical conductor causing severe electrical shock to three males. Injuries included third degree burns on hands and fingers, dementia with head trauma, amputation of one finger, third degree burns to foot, and emotional difficulties to three workers.
- $1 Million Settlement for widow and 4 children of a 50 year old wage earner who fell off a horse while on an organized horse ride, causing his death. The settlement was obtained after we proved that the commercial stable was negligent in connection with our clients death.
